Agricultural Net Income Situation for Property Tax Calculations Webinar

Presented by Allen Featherstone, this webinar will discuss the process for calculating the landlord net income for property tax computations and provide information with regards to the causes of the recent fall in agricultural landlord net income. The divergence between use value net farm income and the net incomes received by farmers continues to be an item of discussion. There will be some discussion what the future of use value LNIs will be assuming agricultural profitability continues over the next couple of years.
